I am proud to announce full warranty coverage for customers with subscriptions lasting 6 months or more, or 3 months with 2 or more devices! π
β What does this entail?β
In essence, it signifies that in the unlikely event of any disruption on 4 of 5 servers, I am committed to promptly replacing your subscription with another server, tailored to your needs, completely free of charge! π
While none of my servers have encountered any issues thus far, I believe in proactive measures to safeguard your experience. This serves as my assurance that I've got your back, ensuring uninterrupted service provision.
Warranty coverage is offered to all servers except for the budget server.
π Updated Terms of Service for Scheduled Maintenanceβ
If a server undergoes scheduled maintenance and does not go back online within the given timeframe (2 hours or more than scheduled):
I will provide all customers affected by the scheduled maintenance with a temporary account to another server. This ensures you can still watch your live channels with minimal interruptions until your original service is back online.
How to Qualify for Temporary Server Accessβ
- Open a ticket under #π©οΈ±iptv-ticket.
- If thereβs already an open ticket, provide:
- The username and URL issued to you at the time of purchase.
Once I have verified that you're on the affected server, you will be provided with a 24-hour temporary login to the next best server available, based on your preferred channels and countries.
